Review 1：Great service, the staff is friendly and professional. The food is very good too. The hotel is beautifully decorated and all the facilities are comfortable. The room was also very comfortable and clean.

Review 3：Very nice ambient in the famous wine area Colchagua in Chile. The hotel is located in the center of Santa Cruz and is built in a colonial style. It has a very nice museum and a shop. The breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant are excellent and the service as well. Very nice swimming pool with palm trees somehow like caribbean style, really beautiful. The fitness center should be bigger and should have more machines for training. Repeating again, for sure I will come again!

Review 12：The receptionist had am attitude with us. We reserved a room with a king bed and did not know we would be charged more for double occupancy. Instead of graciously and patiently working with us, the receptionist acted rude and annoyed. It was not professional at all. Then, there was a cot set up in our room once we got there. When I called the same receptionist she misunderstood what I was saying and continued to have attitude of the 1 versus 2 occupancy/bed and make me feel ridiculous. Finally she realized she was out of line and needed to get the cot out of our room.

As a result we didn’t eat anyother meals at the hotel.While booking the room on the internet two options were available; Room with king size bed for maximum 1 person (?) or double room for two people with 2 queen size beds (with double room a bit more expensive). I found that unusual as all we needed was one king size bed, but since there reservation sheet stated 1 person only I reserved a more expensive room for room for 2 people. When we arrived we were given a room with one king size bed (at the internet rate of a double room with 2 beds). Room was fine, but feel I overpaid unnecessarily.

Review 17：Location location location And air conditioned hotel rooms which youcannot take for granted in Chile Older but well maintained withbeautiful pools, nice bar, large restaurant. We stayed here one night onour way to Casa Lapostolle which has beautiful casitas and fabulousgourmet meals. So the Santa Cruz Plaza Hotel was fine for one night.

Review 20：Besides the buffet breakfast which was good - the rest of the meals we had in the restaurant where overpriced and poor quality (service was fine). We ordered room service and it took over an hour for a club sandwich - which when is did finally arrive was not what we ordered.

Review 21：The hotel was great. Nice rooms, clean and bright, comfortable beds. Location in the middle of town across from the town plaza is ideal. Free parking, nice pool. Staff were generally helpful. It has a lovely ambiance.
