Review 1：As far as the kitchenette goes, great to have a toaster and microwave but no knives, salt and pepper etc so pretty limited. Think of it as a breakfast toast station more than anything. It's a bit 'old school' decor, if you like kitsch, perfect! (And we do!) A little revamping would go a long way. TV was small but worked.

Review 2：We loved the outdoor jacuzzi / sauna, especially with the snow all around! Fireplace was a great amenity too. Good sized suites and great location.

Review 11：There was a worm in my room and the property manager Jennifer was madand told me that it is normal because that Hotel is in the country sideand she was yelling at me. So be advised if you find worms in thisHotel, it is normal and if you say something to the property manager,they will yell at you. By the way don't expect this place to belisted as a "hotel". It's more like a motel!

Review 13：The location was great. The staff was excellent and were very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was confortable. There is also a fireplace in the room and they give you a log.

Review 14：Not my first time going there but this time wasn't satisfied at all. Took 2 hours to get an internet connection in the room , then the woman at the reception makes a miskate on my bill and the spa bath in the room didn't work for more than 5 minutes.

Review 21：The lovely back garden contained a small warm swimming pool, a good sized natural stone hot tub and a steam hut. Very pleasant way to spend the afternoon. Also, it is right across from an excellent grocery store for supplies to fix using the small kitchen facilities. Large, well equipped bathroom.

Review 23：The only complaint I would have about this property is the lack of an onsite bar/restaurant but when you're walking distance to a ton of restaurants on the main street, does this even matter?

Review 24：The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but don't judge a book by its cover. this place is a hidden jem! the rooms are a great size (stayed in a regular queen room), not only is there a two-person spa/tub but the stand alone shower is a decent size. The room was very clean and there is even a little kitchenette that was very useful to use (microwave, sink, fridge and basic utensils/plates). The bed is soooooo comfy. and the pillows - amazing! There is also a heated outdoor pool and outdoor spa with sauna. Not only is the hotel great but the location is even better! its a 2 minute drive from the ski hill, outlets and main street. Will definitely be going back there. Oh and the staff were really nice and very helpful as well.

Review 25：The steam room was closed until renovations were done which they couldn't give us a date when it would reopen.

Review 26：We liked the clean and spacious room, deluxe room. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi, too. It was nice to have the freedom to bring our own snacks and drinks to the pool area and relax on the lounge chair. The pool stays open until 11:00 p.m. To get to the pool it was all indoors and we didn't have to go through the reception area. The room was quiet even though we had other children staying next door. There was no traffic noise neither so, sleeping in was wonderful. We'll definitely come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Review 28：This Hotel was very comfortable with great amenities. It was within walking distance to all the outlet shops and about a 15 min walk or 3 minute drive to Rue Principale which had all the great restaurants and boutiques. Both the Queen bed and pull down murphy bed were very comfortable. The steam room and outside hot tub were great fun! Would definately stay here again.

Review 29：Staff could've been a little more welcoming. The booking had already been charged when we arrived. And I thought we had a king bed with a sofa bed, but we got a queen with a murphy bed instead.

Review 47：This hotel is on the expensive side,but with good reason. Close to everything so you can walk. The pool is clean and warm, the hot tub is perfect, and the steam room is amazing and they even have a cold shower afterward. The rooms are nice and clean, and the kids love the Murphy beds. Toaster, coffee, fridge and microwave available. Plus plates and utensils.

Review 119：There were beer cans and cigarette butts littering the entrance to our section of the hotel when we arrived on Saturday afternoon and were still there on Sunday morning when we left. We had difficulty getting wifi in the room, had to go in the hall to connect. The murphy bed had to stay down which decreased the space in the room and was a little unsightly. There was a distinct musty smell in the room.
