Review 1：Wifi was difficult to get a stable connection to and was fairly slow in my room.

Review 2：Quiet and comfortable hotel in a sympathetic environment. Within easy walking distance from the train station. Staff very helpful, e.g. when I needed an ironing board.

Review 3：The staff was so friendly. Any one of the stuff will help you even if it is not his job to do it.

Service was attentive: we arrived late, were contacted as we forgot to register that fact, problem was solved. Very nice overall. The breakfast buffet looked great, we couldn't enjoy it because we had an outside commitment... next time we'll be sure to take breakfast there.

Review 18：arriving after 6pm means that there are no staff on hand to give you your keys & show you the works. arriving in the dark in the rain made it hard to locate the entrance & the secure key box to get into your room. however once inside and in my spacious room all was forgiven.

Review 19：Breakfast a really good selection of hot food, fresh Fruit,Yogurts, cereals breads,pastries & massive cream cakes are there to be eaten., what ever you wanted was available very homely atmosphere everything was freshly baked cooked or prepared and service was instant. The rooms are very spacious quiet ,comfortable , decorated in what i would call the very best scandinavian style and everything works Despite being less than 800mts from the train station. Would I stay there again YES & I would bring my wife so she could relax while i worked. . i enjoyed the little walk outside to get to the reception/breakfast room and it was so quiet that it was hard to believe that we were in the middle of Bochum

Review 24：There was no Internet in the room. Apparently this is a problem thatexists already a long time. I've received several explanations. So Iwould appreciate some honesty and prefer they just mention it on theirwebsite : no internet in the rooms.

Whileit was ok in summer, I'm not sure if having thebreakfast/reception room in a separate building from the bedroomswill be a good idea on a cold, wet winter morning.

Review 31：Excellent high quality boutique hotel in the center of Bochum. Very close to the train station and city center without the noise of being so wonderfully located. The staff are delightful, friendly and very professional, breakfast is include so offers even greater value for money. I would highly recommended this hotel.

Review 32：The hotel is a very new small complex (they opened for like 2 months). It's very close to Essen train station in a quiet area. The rooms are situated is different buildings, in the same yard with the reception. I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Everything is brand new, rooms are very large with large bathrooms, interesting design, large flat screen TV. The personnel is very nice, welcoming and helpful with everything. Breakfast was very good, good quality products (smoked salmon, french cheese, fresh pastries, fresh fruits, etc) Internet is free via WIFI and accessible all around the complex. They also have free parking spaces inside the complex. They pay attention to all the details, for example they have large umbrellas for customers to use when walking from the room to the restaurant if it's raining. I totally enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel for both business trips or pleasure.
