Review 1：We really enjoyed the time, but the Bathroom needs an urgent renovation! (Floor was old and looked very dirty.) We did also not like the fee for parking.

Review 10：The rooms are excellent. There is a good choice of restaurants and the staff at reception were very helpful in arranging transport for us to and from the ski shop and lifts - this was not peak season so the shuttle bus was not yet operating.

Review 11：- very weird check-in. they didn't know they had all our personal details, and they seemed to want to sell us on dinner etc. we just wanted to get to our goddam rooms! - kind of a long underground walk from any of the hotel properties to the wellness area

Review 18：location was great, part of several hotels in a resort area. the room size was very good. the reception staff and concierge were marvelous and helpful. the breakfast was in the 5 start hotel and was a WOW. you should give a try to the spa and beauty facility.

Review 24：Room decor was tired and faded- avocado bathroom suite with cracked tiles and wobbly shower did not create a luxury feel we were paying for. The room was far too hot, without air con or temperature control. Also, the internet failed to work properly in our room, meaning a trip to the next building to check email and keep track of things at home.
