Review 1：The front desk staff were very accommodating and assisted with some specific questions and needs. I accidentally left my recent purchases on a bench in the lobby, and the manager on duty delivered my items to my room personally, before I even realized they were missing.

Review 2：When I arrived hotel about 1 am taxi driver offloading the suit cases from the car, two or three hotel staff just looking no one was helping with the suit cases, I felt quite difficult expecialy with two minor children!

Review 4：Receptionists doesn't speak English well, hard to communicate and the staffs working in the restaurant can't speak English. Breakfast and everything in the restaurant of the hotel are too expensive. It's not worth a 4-star-hotel. Should be considered as a 3-star-hotel. The prices of rooms are too high for the level of a 3-star-hotel.

Review 5：It's not very in the center of city but in a very convenient place as near by bus station, train station, restaurants

Review 6：Towels in standard room should be replaced with newer ones though they are still acceptable. But those in executive suites are very, very good. Basis room utensils should not be categorized with different room charges.

Review 16：Overall impression of the hotel is good. The reception staff named Salina at the breakfast venue totally ruin the rating. We booked a day tour and so there is a confirmation call that morning. Salina picked up the call from lobby reception and she said she cut the line as she was't sure if we really booked it. She informed us with poor attitude and not helping us further. She claimed it's not her responsibility and the fault not on her. There is minor problem with the door access card. We had to go and changed it twice during our 3 nights of stay.

Review 17：Reception not directly after main entrance and not so clearly discernible. Not all reception-personnel speak English which may cause some delay during check-in & -out.

Review 18：Very large and clean rooms, with modern decoration. Great breakfast buffet including both western and chinese cuisine. Location very convenient for travelling by bus or train, directly in the city centre of Dalian.
