Review 3：this hotel is not a 5 star and should not even be rated as a 3 either. For one moment this hotel did not offer a level of a 5 star service from the day we checked in to the moment we left.I reserved a 2 bed apartment in July as we wanted to spend our Christmas holiday in Dubai as we normally do.This one turned out to be a disaster. The hotel looked good from the entrance to the reception until we were checked in. We were to check into a 2 bed apartment but to our surprise we got two different rooms interlocking each other. i complained about it and was told the apartment won't be ready in a couple of hours. We then decided to go into town hoping it will be ready by the time we return but NO. Eventually we were moved into a 2 bed apartment and then it became worse. The room had drainage issues and was never resolved until we left. We complained about it so many times for it to be fixed but the more we did the more excuses they gave. We could not use the water to make tea or coffee as the stench coming out of the shower and toilet area was exactly the same smell coming out of the Kitchen tap. The breakfast wasn't great either. The staff not so pleasant particularly the one at the egg station, he was the most miserable out of all the staff we just gave you whatever he deemed fit. His attitude was like '' I can't be bothered''. This hotel is a waste of money for such a level of service. The chairs and bed in the room were so uncomfortable. The windows in the room and bathroom will not pass Health and Safety checks as it's an easy way for suicide especially for innocent children. At breakfast the manager offered to arrange for the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport but getting to the reception we were given 200 Dih to get a taxi. Don't be deceived by pictures on internet this hotel is not worth your money. I won't recommend this hotel not even to my worst enemy from the devils dungeon.

Review 5：Expensive and staff not well trained. The hotel accounting is really not professional I made my booking payment in full upon arrival at the hotel and still they charge my credit card . If you order food or you go to the spa you can feel they are really concerned about payment however the natural way in 5 star hotel is that your bills are paid pin check out. Normally hotels incourage guest to spend as its more revenue to them but this hotel really is not the case for them. They should be no fuss about this because they have you credit card as a grantee of the stay. The staff seemed not well payed and they reflect this to quest one way or the other. If you want room service or you call reception you have to try few times before some one can answer. Clearly poor management problem.

Review 15：We stayed for one night only, the hotel gave us late check out, however, they refused to clean the one bedroom apartment because as the staff at the reception desk said that they don't clean rooms for people who will check out the same day. We spent the first day at the beach with our 4 Kids and anyone can imagine how dirty would the toilets and rooms be..they expected us to stay in a dirty room till the checkout at 5 PM. They accepted the clean the room at the end. No carpets on the floor.

Review 24：We have been informed about breakfast ended at 11am, but 30 minutes before already closed. Even though the beginning of winter, the air conditioning too cold, we need to shut down during the entire stay and open the windows during the day to warm up a bit.

Review 25：Educated and quick staff to resolve what we asked for. Apartment comfortable, spacious and with a lovely view! Breakfast with good options. Great location and with free shuttle service to Dubai Mall a few days.

Review 26：Although staff and service were great, the breakfast and dinner buffet selections were less than desirable. And to pay that much for a dinner buffet with hardly any variety or options or even juices included was crazy to me. I ended up spending less for 3 adults and a child at the Thai/Japanese restaurant than at the dinner buffet and they served us several courses. Food was my only issue. They were spot on in every other way possible.

Review 27：Staff was amazingly friendly and efficient. My baby cut herself and they sent up a first aid kit with security. They gave us deserts for my mom's birthday and our anniversary. They laughed and played with my baby and helped with her when we had our hands full.

Review 28：1-staff way in the check in there is no welcome at all. 2-the service from the room i called the room service and the reception staff to provide me a plate with spone and fork and its take more than one hour and half and I didn't get it. 3-the reception staff they didn't answer the phone. 4-no knowledge about the customer service at all. 5- staff need trained to give a good service for a five star hotel. 6- I didn't accept this service and i will never be quite about what happen to me there with my family.

In room dining food was incorrect and not cooked to the standard specified. Room cleaning was done around 16:15 after the third request. Review 50：I had booked a 3 rooms with sea view via booking.com , booking was confirmed and fees was deducted from my credit card but when I came to check in, the hotel receptionist informed me that only one room is available and I have to take the other 2 rooms with city view, which I refused and after 2 hours of negotiation I called booking customer service , they contacted the hotel and solve this problem but after wasting our time by the hotel in trying to change our booked rooms with unknown reason .

Review 63：The pool area is completely shaded for most of the day and is not set up to allow you to lie at the pool. Its not a nice atmosphere at the pool as its all kids with their maids, very few parents around. Some of the beach beds are broken and need replacing. The sea water is very murky looking.

Review 92：Don't let the pictures of the rooms fool you. I booked 1 bedroom apartment with big living room, and i got half what i booked in terms of space. After discussing the issue with duty manager, he managed to move me in to the room the next night. Smell was very bad in rooms. You have to keep the AC on all the time to avoid such smell. I dont think this should be a 5 Star hotel. At max 4 star comparing to other hotels like Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Breakfast wasnt all that either.

At the pool i was standing behind the pool watching my kids and the rescuer annoyed me regarding my short that is not for swimming. Ok duh im not swimming im standing behind the pool. The bathroom flooded with toilet water. yuk The shower is not hot. They only provided 2 (250 ml) water bottles for 2 bedroom apartment which are not enough.

Review 108：Rooms are very small (of course you just need to spend your time at the beach). Room AC was making a strange noise. Building AC was loud and audible from our room on top floor. *One problem was trash floating into hotel beach from the public beach, and hotel staff did not have cleaning equipment to clean out trash from water (told me they wait until it washes up on shore), but this doesn't help when you are in the water with floating trash. small problem which can be solved.

Review 123：1)There was sheesha tent and that was a good one . We ordered for a starter ie Chef famous Madras chicken 65. We were surprised to have a chicken curry made in coconut milk and that too not well cooked. Since we were hungry ,we had a portion of it . It was really a surprise dish for us ,chicken 65 itself is a dry dish.2) We went for a normal room only, but the room size looks too small.

There was no hot water in the bath . My overall rating for the hotel is 4 star and not 5 and the location played a huge role in keeping it up

The good thing is that the beach is so nice no need to stay in the room much! Restaurant food is a bit pricey! But location is on corniche, so there are many options to eat outside the hotel Every morning there was trash floating in the water on the beach (coming from public beaches) the problem; beach staff don't have equipment to clean, so they wait until it washes up on shore (need to get some pole nets so staff may collect floating trash.

Review 132：Family Friendly Hotel: there is no alcohol in hotel, very nice! Facilities: pools, beach are great, and the best gym I have seen in a hotel. Staff: was excellent from front desk, gym/pool staff, valets, to cleaning staff (friendly and helpful) Location: mosque next door, restaurants, shops, etc on the Corniche. Hotel entrance/reception area: large and welcoming, places to sit and hang out if you are waiting for valet or taxis. Food: breakfast buffet was good, typical standards with a variety of foods.

Review 135：1-beach was small and dirty ,tanbed on beach was very dirty ,no body care what we need in beach time ,even i look for somone give me towel.2-water for bath was only cold water that even we could not take shower in night then in morning i ask them for fix it then in check out time some one come for repair!!!!!3-i booked room that they mentioned it has city view but i can see from window somthing huge like a store or somthing like this ,before i reached to hotel i ask them i need balcony he said there is but actully no balcony,!!4- in room even i could not find 1 teabag as my experience it should be free teabag and coffee5-after sunset we would like to walk out side of room just near beach but even not only 1 light.6-it is not really even 4*hotel

Review 136：low quality finishing in the room toilet and you feel that the WC will fall and bad smell from the toilet. slow service i have to call 4 times to provide my request.
