Review 1：Very very small and not too nice bathroom. The bed was way too soft.

Review 2：Room was big, the hotel was very close to the Arena Express for skiing, the ski room was on the ground floor. Good breakfast. The manager is a very nice lady.

Review 3：Sad there is no leisure area to read / relax other than a tiny poorly lit table in a hallway... For such a price, one would expect a place to be able to hand out. There was no fridge or minibar either in the room, nor a hot water kettle just to at least have a cup of tea! That would have been the cherry on the cake.

Review 4：Amazing location, stunning view from the balcony, brand new bathroom, generous breakfast and very nice staff. Free parking and wifi everywhere, seriously, could not ask for more for a perfect holiday!

Review 6：Very friendly and helpful staff. We needed an early breakfast and they were happy to provide, a left some clothes behind after checking out and they promptly forwarded to me. Clean and comfortable room. Right on the main road through Flims, free parking and central for shops and restaurants.

Review 9：Really beautiful surrounding mountains and forest. Great location in the center of Flims. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room had a terrace overlooking the main street. Lovely outdoor restaurant in front. The hike to the Rhine gorge viewing platform was exquisite, meditational, and life-affirming.

Review 10：The double bed we asked for was small and still came with two single duvets. The original room proposed was not nicely furnished. However, we changed rooms and having two single beds was better.

Review 11：Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. They kindly threw in a few free lift passes as we had stayed five days.

Review 12：It is clean, 2 minutes walk to the lift, a cheap place for ski equipment rental right in front. The staff is very helpful. The facilities are a bit old fashioned, but clean and it has a very good atmosphere.

Review 14：The hotel is very close to the ski lift base station; an ideal location! Clearly, the hotel interior is a few decades outdated, but nevertheless spotlessly clean and in very good state. The breakfast choice was very diverse and the Birchermüesli delicious. Very friendly staff. Free parking.

Large bathroom with everything you needed. Owner told us of a variety of walks depending on the weather and also had far cheaper cable car tickets. Saved us lot's of money. The breakfast was very good too. Great Mexican restaurant up the road. A favourite with locals as well as holidaymakers.
