Review 1：The decor was purple and red velvet madness. It was kind of comedic so from some point of view it became funny rather than freaky.

Review 2：The staff was friendly, but a little out of it. The breakfast had nice variety including a little fruit.

Review 3：A great hotel to be a guest at the center of Trutnov. The staff is so service minded, friendly, helpful , friendly and cheerful. The rooms are great, but the bathroom is maybe a bit small, ellers ok. Decent breakfast and all meals can either be enjoyed in the cafe or restaurant .

Review 6：-professional attentitive friendly staff -location directly at central square in Trutnov. - fast working wifi - spacious room - I was provided with a free parking space for parking direcrly on the central square in front of the hotel. These are however only 2 for the whole hotel

Review 7：Bed dressing very unclear whether changed or not...Materials not comfortable not sure if cleaned regularly Sheets on the bed were not comfortable...Not sure if changed daily or not...I think not Pillow not comfortable Towels also not changed in 4 days at the hotel not sure why not

Review 9：The stairs (was on the top floor and hard to get there with luggage). The key...the keyring was that big i couldnt take it out with me so had to leave it behind the reception.

Review 12：The breakfast was the best I´ve ever seen and we were at suite, they´ll bring it up to your room for free. Stuff always very friendy. Rooms spacius and big plus that they have smoking rooms, that´s how we select our rooms. Both cafeteria and restaurant very good as well.

Review 26：1. No hot water during my stay. Not advised of the problem on arrival. Hotel relies on town's hot water supply system. No back up if this fails as it had done during my stay. 2. Nylon quilt cover in turquoise and an under sheet which felt of rough towelling. 3. General look of 'tiredness'. Hotel needs some 'tlc'.
