Review 3：We always make a point of staying at this lovely hotel. It is just a minutes walk into the old walled town. The owner is extremely friendly, without being intrusive. Her english is excellent. There is on site parking. The room is huge and spotlessly clean. There is even a kitchenette if you wanted to stay in to eat.

Review 4：Excellent, scenic location. Unfortunately we were on business so couldn't soak up the delights such as the red-wine district or the local spa's. We did venture into the old town, which was very picturesque with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, all of this was only a short walk from the hotel.

Review 5：I would highly recommend this lovely hotel. It's less than a minute onfoot from the beautiful, pedestrianised old town of Ahrweiler (lots ofgood restaurants nearby). Very comfortable room with its own wellequipped kitchenette, good bathroom, good selection of tv channels. Thebreakfast buffet was delicious; lots of variety. The family that run thehotel were very friendly and accommodating (they started breakfast 1/2hr earlier on our departure day as we had to leave early). The hotel iseasy to find, just off the motorway network and an easy 30 mins from theNurburgring.

Review 7：Almost perfect. The owners are exceptional; nothing is too much trouble: sorting out bikes, intros to wine-makers, advice on everything local, and all done with charm and good humour. The location is a real bonus, metres from the old town with all it's classic bier kellers, etc. We thought it would be better to be near to Bad Adenauer, wrong, this is the place to be, much prettier and friendlier. Oh and the breakfast is fantastic! Go there now! .... Here take my car...

Review 8：The room smelled a little of synthetic airfreshener. The floor was carpeted and not that suitable for allergy sufferers though carefully hoovered and cleaned. The hotel is at a junction and because of roadworks there were a lot of turning lorries which you can hear if you sleep with the window open. Middle of the night was quiet enough. Occasional hiccup with the wifi. We had to reset it ourselves as the owners had the afternoon off, but it worked after that.

Review 9：The hotel was clean and tidy. The beds were good. Beautiful shower/toilet. Shared balcony. Good breakfast constantly replenished. Just outside the old town wall. Nice shops and good restaurants in the town. Parking and wifi. 1/2 hour to 1 hour drive to Bonn, Aachen etc. Eifel nature park not far.
