Review 6：Beautifull room with bathtub, very comfortable bed. Big variety of various food and fruits for breakfast. I ordered salmon steak for dinner and it was delicious. The best surprise was upon my checkout. I forgot credit card and more than 150EUR in the room, the receptionist called me and offered to send the money and card to my home. Very honest and comforting attitude. I highly recommend this hotel!

Review 7：Nice and comfortable rooms,modern style. Ski room small but enough. No ski bus - if you want to ski in Czarna Hora Ski Region leave your car at parking near the Lesny Dum (50kc /day) and take a public ski bus (bus stop 50 m from parking) or small bus directly from parking. Going back you can ski directly to slope next to Lesny Dum (blue road). Hotel has spa (extra charged). Personel is poor - they dont speak english well. Lady in reception desk had problem with communiction. We booked 2 rooms for 3 person and she gave us only one key while in my first sentence was information "we have reservation for 2 rooms". Moreover they ruined birthday present for my husband - I asked them to put to the room sparkling wine as a suprise - lady in the reception desk during our check in procedure put the comment in my husbands presence -"oh and you have a welcome drink". They had information which time we will arrive but they put the bottle and glasses to the room just on our eyes....:( Good restaurant -english speaking lady staff -very nice and knowing wines. When restaurant was full of guests on Saturday we had to wait for our starters more than 1 h! In spite of all -very good hotel ,worth of the price we paid:)

Review 9：The hotel is new, very clean and the rooms are quite spacious. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel and the staff is very friendly. The usually sit behind the reception but always get up to greet you when entering the hotel or leaving the elevator. The hotel is located about 5-7 minutes from the city center but can be reached with a car or taxi very easily.

Review 10：Shower head too low. No AC is not comfortable. No smoking in entire hotel is not acceptable.

Review 12：I got a bigger room for the price of a single bedroom. Beautiful design and very pleasant interior. There is a lift and they have facilities for wheelchair users. The hotel is very modern, peaceful and quiet. Staff is nice and helpful. Although it was required to book a parking place in advance, there wasn't any problem with parking availability. I wasn't using wellness/sports part of the hotel, so I can't say anything about it except for the fact that it looked very pleasant :) I will be happy to return there!
