Residence Panorama sells fast on our site. Residence Panorama is conveniently located in the centre of Villars sur Ollon, in the Rhone Valley. This Chalet-style guest house offers rooms with a balcony and free Wi-Fi.

Review 1：Very small room. Either my husband or I had to sit on the bed if the other wanted to walk around. Not ideal room when you take a dog either. No cleaning service so beds didn't get made or bathroom cleaned and no restocking of tea, coffee (which there was only one of each in the first place and no milk). Im not sure if our room just got missed or if this is normal but there was nobody around to ask as it was Sunday! Very basic

Review 3：Room 525 Only 1 plug socket in the bedroom which was loose, it was under the table near the floor. The kettle lead was too short to reach the socket even when I placed the kettle on the floor the kettle next to the socket. The balconies are one long communal one which are narrow and don't have any chairs or tables.

Review 4：Location was great, good car parking. Beds were very firm and comfortable. Bathroom had a nice power shower.

Review 5：Very warm welcome and extremely helpful at reception. Sadly our room didn't have the mountain views but it was very quiet and restful, we had a wonderful night's sleep.

Review 6：Small thing: Room a bit cold in winter. Heating could be a little warmer, and perhaps leave an extra blanket in the room in the cupboard like in most hotels, so you can wrap up a bit better in the winter ski season

Review 8：Small room and no where to put suitcase, too few electrical sockets - only one which was also for the TV. Only one mirror and in the bathroom with no socket nearby. Card needed to operate gate which was OK for coming in but should open automatically to leave.

Review 9：welcoming atmosphere, clean room and comfortable beds. Coffee/teamaking facilities and a good Wifi connection. Plenty of wardrobe space. Shared balcony, good for keeping the beer cold!

Review 10：I didn't notice that the price didn't include breakfast (good breakfast found at Heiz in town). You have to log onto the wifi each time your device goes into stand-by mode. Tip for other travelers: there is a plug for the hair dryer at side of light in bathroom, you need to lift the handle of the room up in order to lock. Wish there could be a discount for relatives visiting families who work in Villars.

Review 11：Good price versus other hotels in town. We could check out but use the free pass until midday as well as keep car in car park. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Review 12：When I ordered a room, it said that the view will be on mountains, but it wasn't. Also, there is no mirror in the room or a plug in the toilet, so it was impossible to do my hair. Doorlock was kind of broken and staff barely spoke english

Review 20：No indication on the website that there is no reception after 6pm! We stayed outside for over one hour until someone appeared by chance to help us in! We paid AMEX on the website and then they called us to say that it was not accepted and we had to do a bank transfer!!! Rooms too hot ! Awful pillows impossible to sleep!

Review 24：- for a **** hotel I would have expected to have at least: shampoo and hair dryier to have in my room - the room was very small - the wireless connection was dropping very often, in 2 days I had to enter the password at least 20 times

Staff were very helpful and friendly. 2 room apartment is very efficiently organized with swing up beds that free-up lots of space during the day. Sufficient room for a couple with 3-4 young children. Modern apartments with great views from balcony. Sauna area was great. Convenient parking included. We would definitely revisit.
