Review 2：The owner Andrea made us very welcome. the room was lovely,very clean and a good size. Down stairs was a large kitchen diner,with fridges,coffee michines,kettle and everything you need to cook yourself a meal or prepare snacks no washing up thats done for you. The kichen/diner is open at all times. Home to home.Great.
Review 3：I had problems with the Internet connection. I didn't connect properly the first time, and so I was blocked from getting to my account and trying to reconnect, leaving me without any Internet at all at an urgent moment. The Internet was my only contact to people.

Review 7：After booking I received a long email with information about the place. I acknowledged receipt, but did not answer. Then rang the host to me and asked if I had read the mail and asked what time we would arrive. It is difficult to answer precisely your on a Friday! 5 minutes after the specified time of arrival host called me up to ask if we had any problems! When we arrived we got a long lesson for the code on the door lock had to choose what kind of bread we would have the day after for breakfast. Information regarding WIFI was to me incomprehensible and never got to work! It`s kindly meant all this information, I think, but it stressed me ....

Review 16：Started looking for a nice place to stay, during a Europe getaway. We were in Bochum to see Starlight Express (Great Show). Found this gem B&B on another web site. We were arriving early from our flight from Canada, I had asked if an early check-in was possible so we could catch a good nap before dinner and the show. No issues, room was available, no extra charge (Big Plus). The owner Andreas spoke much better English than I speak German so communication was no issue. He clearly explained everything about the House rules and having access to a shared kitchen was another plus. Andreas had a huge map of the local area with locations of restaurants, food stores and other shops. He even gave us driving directions to the Starlight theatre and exactly where to park for easiest access. The room was very comfortable, flat screen TV, free high speed internet and a great shower. Andreas took our breakfast order at check-in and our late breakfast (1030) was again no issue. Breakfast was €6.50 great value. Booking.com has over 20 pictures of this great B&B very accurate.
