Review 1：Too many beds we had an extra 3 in our room which all had notes on them requesting that they should not be used unless pay for. We appreciated we had been given a big room but it had very little use able space.

Review 16：The curtains are not opaque/dark enoguh and are letting the morning sun in, waking you up before 5am, with the sunrise.

Review 18：There was no hot water! The water was lukewarm on the first day and cold for the next two! No "do not disturb" sign, we had to call the reception to cancel the cleaning. The receptionist didn't speak English at all.
Review 19：The location of our room, since it was away from the main building (so our dog didn't bother anyone) The breakfast choices were decent. Secure parking space was a huge plus.
Review 20：- WI-FI signal in my room was non-existent even though it was advertised - my room was supposed to have a double bed but in the end only one single short bed was there - very difficult to take a shower in the bathroom as there's no cover and water goes everywhere

Review 22：Sour-face receptionist. No elevator. Too basic facilities. Terribly noisy all along weekend nights from guests of the hotels pub's open yard and ground floor.

Review 24：What I did not like was the friendlyness of the hotel restaurant personnel. They did not have a good command of foreign languages (English, German) and reacted very unfriendly when made some requests.

Review 26：Unfortunatly the room (101) we were allocated was on the first floor and was at the end of the building. The noise from delivery vans early every morning prompted us to request a room change, which was no problem. The next room was just what was needed, quiet.

Review 31：Hotel is clean and really comfortable. Situated near by market squareand brewery- very good beer! Location is perfect as it takes only 15minsby car to get to Janskie Laznie to ski. Really recomend! Breakfast isalso convenient.
