Review 1：Noisy especially that it is close to railway. No elevator. Room cleaning is done once every week. No air conditioning.

Review 3：A) I got to walk about 15 to 20 mins from this apartment to train station then i got to wait sometime for the train to go to Frankfurt city. Sometimes i go to transit train at Hanau station if i take slow train but cheaper but if i take fast train (expensive ticket), it will go direct to city without transit which within 30 mins otherwise maybe can be 1 hour to reach at city. Those travelers who want to go to city everyday, this apartment in NOT suitable at all but those who want stay in peace, well this apartment is good. B) There is a tv with satelite cable but all the channels are in Germany language which i can't understand all at. For your info, i am from Malaysia. What can you expect that from me & just imagine what was my condition on that time.....feel very very bored. The management of this apartment should have at least 1 channel for English movie. Guys, very very boring. I could give points for this apartment 30-40/100. Thanks

Review 5：Plugs in bathroom (room 101) does not work! I had to shave at bedroom. When I got to the appartment the lights in the kitchen and living room were not installed yet! So after whole day driving I came to appartment tired and wanned to sleep. But couldnt because I had to wait untill your guy will finish light installation. This was really really unprofessional. Wi-Fi is a joke.. Reach 1 GB (per 24/h) and for more you have to pay - thats not free Wi-FI and its ping is bad. There was no soap in the bathroom! It would be nice to have a microwave in the appartment.

Review 7：The hotel is a none-smoking one, although, there was that steady cigarette smell in the room. Soap would also be very appreciated to have in the toilet.
