Review 1：Room not that clean and in first instance only 1 towel (what was solved at the reception in no time)

Review 3：There is zero parking with this hotel. Booking.com doesn't tell you this, but only off road parking outside - 2 spaces only - for a 105 room hotel. There is a 'parkhaus' over a nearby bridge, about 200 metres away.

Review 4：I stayed at Seta whilst travelling north through Germany. The hotel is a few miles off the autobahn, and in a small town. The night porter told me it was mostly 'the older generation' that lived / stayed there. The hotel is bigger than first appears.

Beginning of June and the pool and jacuzzi were closed due to the German euphemism 'technical reasons' - meaning they haven't maintained the machines prior to their holiday season. So 89 euro for a small room is very over priced. Perhaps you should call ahead to see if all their facilities are in working order. Or perhaps just find another hotel.

Review 16：Not much to like. Just a flat two star German hotel trying to be more. The head waiter from the badly overworked restaurant in the evening was at the lobby the next morning. Ok - I was there on a long holiday weekend.

Review 18：Due to the off-peak season, we took advantage of a special price at the Seta Hotel. The hotel is in a prime location easily accessible with ample parking and has reception personnel that are both friendly, effecient and multi-lingual. As a friendly gesture to a new guest, we were surprisingly offered an automatic upgrade to a de-luxe double room which consisted of a lounge, bedroom and extremely large bathroom. From the moment of our arrival to our check-out, this hotel can only be described as 1st class in every respect both in the size, quality fittings and cleanliness of the highest order. If one also considers the peaceful setting, the relaxed ambiece of the night time bar and the superb and ample breakfast, this hotel cannot be more highly recommended, whether on business or on holiday. In summary, the Seta Hotel will be our first choice in future when visiting the area.

Review 19：Spend one night at SETA and got bedbug bites in the bed. When notified the hotel responded very unprofessional and said I had an allergic reaction or something. I do not recommend this place.

Review 21：We visit Bad Neuenahr regularly to visit family. Having tried on several hotels over the years, we have settled on SETA Hotel as meeting all our requirements. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, well-located and staffed with friendly and well informed desk clerks.
