Review 1：Ive recieved wrong information about the timetable of public transport in the hotel. So we missed our train from Locarno and had to wait another two houers.

Review 9：The originally booked room was certainly not 22 square meters, therefore we had to move to a bigger room but even that was not 30 meters for which we were supposed to pay. The price CHF 150 was certainly too high for what was offered! The hotel advertises on Booking.com that it is 3 stars but in the local magazines it has NO stars! Beds were squeeking, hair dryer broken, in the first room a drawer was broken as well. New furniture would do good.

Review 10：The hotel has its own parking which is good. From the second room there was a garden view.

Review 11：We would have liked a full length mirror ( not in all rooms) as we were getting ready for a wedding. Perhaps a fish option on the menu. The small pool is for relaxing not swimming.

Can relax in the bar and outdoor terrace with an adequate menu. Being able to park at the hotel is great. Not a bad location for going out to Locarno, Ascona, Ponte Brolla and further.

Review 14：The room was very large, comfortable and quiet. Free parking right outside the hotel which isn't always available in Switzerland. Staff was very kind. Good location with easy access to Ascona and Locarno. Nice selection of foods for breakfast.
