Review 3：1. No AC ! 2. The manager of the restaurant (the Indian gay) was very rude with Arabs, he was shouting on the children and the maids, and he tells all the stuff in the Breakfast Buffet not to serve us, and they were avoiding us, but when we complain the manager of the hotel (the sweet Austrian lady) she was very polite and she apologize for us and she send very nice flower bouquet.

Magnificent view, very friendly and accommodating staff, wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows, very good food; all of this you would expect from a 5 star hotel and you'll get it here in spades. What delighted and surprised me and my husband though, was the small, friendly gestures, for instance some nice bread for our way home, since it was Sunday and all stores were closed. And oh my god, the spa. I could write a novel about it. First of all, due to us coming there at odd times, we had it completely to ourselves. This enormous labyrinth of pampering, just for us. The entire spa area is gorgeous in glittering mosaics and imaginative architecture.

Review 32：The Grand Park Hotel is without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The Management and staff were extremely hospitable, with nothing being too much trouble for them, and they made sure to know exactly who each of their guests were. The hotel is situated right in the centre of town, and mixes the traditional accomodation / dining / bar areas, with an incredible spa area, that has to be seen to be believed. I would not hesitate to stay at the Grand Park Hotel again, and would recommend it to anybody looking for an hotel in the area.
