Review 1：everything is expensive, no dental kit in the bathrooms, no soap for the sink in the bathroom

Review 2：the location, the view from the room (haven Villa), decent wifi, all the water sports are super expensive, and there's not much to do on the island if not for the water sports.

Review 3：For a couple booking, they provided us two single beds. When asked for double bed, they joined two beds having lamp on our head which was not expected from such resort. On constant request, we got room change on day 2.

Review 4：A great resort with really good staff. Perfect holiday destination for whose who really need a break.

Review 5：We had first book a room for 3 adults and 2 children. Subsequently, we had 1 more adult and we book another room. When we checked in, they only confirmed us as 4 adultimate for 2 rooms. So, when we checked in, the 2 children were extra charges, 1 of the child who is 11yo have to pay adult rate.

Review 12：The staff are all very friendly and accomodating. The resort is only 20-30 minutes away from the airport so travelling is very easy. They also gave us a good spot as our bungalow is just near the water villas and the restaurants.

Review 23：The tours activities are too expensive and it´s not finally what you believe. I did a tour (Island Hopping) and we paid a lot with my husband and it was not an interesting tour and other isles where we went, were also not what we expected ! My huband, me and the whole group was disapoited. They also take a lot of charge for nothing.

Review 29：The resort is divine, absolutely beautiful and has the most romantic setting. The staff were particularly helpful, most outstanding was Carol at the Hulhalangu bar(Hope the spelling is correct) She simply superseded our expectations with her cheerfulness, her customer service and most of all her personality. Not forgetting Amir the photographer who gave us absolutely sublime photos, he was so helpful and respectful. The food was equally nice.

Review 30：Corals around the water villas are dead, need to go on a snorkling trip to see more (there are still some corals near the water villas with a few fish - we saw lionfish).

Review 31：Loved the water villas, free WiFi, snorkeling outside your door, separate bfast and dinner restaurant from the main resort (it gets busy in the main resort restaurant). Very relaxing place - large island so you can always find a personal spot on the beach). Oh and you get to feed the stingrays!

Review 37：I didn't like anything, you had to pay for wifi,the room was terrible for a senior beach villa. You couldn't swim in the the water. Over all for one night at this very poor resort it cost us over $ 650. We where told nothing of the hidden costs. Wasn't worth that!!

Review 42：We took the half board option (breakfast and dinner), breakfast was just ok. Dinner was like a zoo as the first wave of diners moved into the buffet area. We found the food below average in comparison to our other experiences in the Maldives. We had lunch at the Japanese restaurant and we found it was super below average. An example is the fish for the sushi and sashimi is frozen fish and watery. ( very disappointing consider we were in the island) On our last night we went to the seafood restaurant and ordered fish, they told us that none of the fish dishes are available. Very poor for a seafood restaurant not to have fish available in the Maldives. So we ordered the Maldivian lobster, it arrived to the table over cooked, dry and tough (talk about killing the lobster twice). We sent it back to the kitchen to give us a lobster cooked correctly. After 5 mins they arrived back with lobster, and after a couple of bites, we realised it was the same lobster. We didn't finish the lobster and complained to the manager. The manager spoke with the chef and the chef told us this is how he cooks lobster, well-done only. The manager called the F&B manager to discuss the problem, whereby the F&B manager said because we ate the lobster when it was sent back out the second time, that it was our problem and they would not accept responsibility. We like to enjoy our dining experience while on vacation, if we knew what we now know, we wouldn't have picked this resort.

Review 44：- Villas were very old and bad - There are no options in the breakfast and frequently every day - You must pay for the Internet - Staff uncooperative and very bad - You must pay for everything even water !! - Transport from the airport so bad when they refused to give me some time to buy a SIM card - Transportation to the airport was the worst, where they threw bags and go without any help us where to go !! - Prices are very high for the sports games like the snorkeling you will pay 12$ pair day !! even the life jacket you have to rent it for 6 $ pair day . - golf car's always busy !!

Review 50：I hate that we have to pay for wifi, which apart from being comparably expensive was also very slow. Everything is paid for, which if you include service charge and GST could increase cost. The transfer price of $110 (minus taxes) per person each way is almost absurd considering that it costs about $150 to charter an entire speedboat to go longer distances such as Maafushi island. The resort also has a monopoly on guests transfer i.e you cannot arrange for a private transport. The staff also kept hustling us to check out as early as 10am, even though the check out time was 12 noon.

Review 51：It is probably one of the most beautiful places in the world. calm, breath-taking location. They also have a number of activities though we did not participate in any. The Seafood and Lagoon restaurants are off the hook! They have great sporting facilities, water sports and photo studio. I also love the fact that the resort had a cold bucket of champagne and fruits waiting for us as a special honeymoon package.

Food was so delicious and every morning and night there was lot of different foods to choose (chines, indian, maldivian, european, american). Island is clean, stuff very polite and beach is awesome. I came on christmas week , so had to pay 700 $ extra for a must attend Gala Dinner , and i am not a christian even , plus this was not on the booking.com price , so i paid 25% above the agreed price. had my 8year old as an extra , they charged her as an adult , and when i objected , the phone manager said : well you booked thru booking.com so you already have a discount and we need to come up with some more money !!! time of check out you get a call every 15 minutes form the early morning , Staff is disorganised and lack leadership .

Review 70：Everything else is bad if you stay in a beach bungalow. They only treat ppl with respect if you stay in a villa. My jazcuci was down and it wasn't repaired for 4 hrs since report since 6pm. Only option is to allow room change at 10.30pm. The resort did not even attempt to try making compensation until we asked. Held us up for 1 hour just to settle the bill.

Review 72：i was shocked with the attitude of the staff they were really bad. i don't know how they are rated as 5 stars, they are not even 2 stars. i doubt that they took courses or learned about hospitality. when we asked for the club car the drivers always ask why to you call us just walk. we asked for the club car in order to catch up some activities, we have been told that the club car would arrive after 5 minutes while it doesn't arrive at all. we have been asked million times what is your room number i don't know why, for example when we were at the restaurant whenever we order they ask for the room number like if we ordered water and then cocacola they would ask us twice. in addition in the restaurant they gave us the worst table and said this is your table sir and you are not allowed to choose or change your table knowing that most of the tables were free. regarding the buffet, please explain to me how an island in maldives do not offer seafood in the middle of the ocean? the selection of food was really bad with very very normal quality. regarding the value of money i won't even pay 10% of what i have paid. i am really disappointed.

I had to translate to the customers what they had to write on the receipt. 2) There were too many houseflies when we dined in the Italian restaurant. 3) The bed was too soft. My husband and I had backache. 4) We were told to check out at 9am. By the time we finished settling our bill and walked to the pier, it was already 9.20am. The Taiwanese staff scolded us for being late for the speed boat transfer.

Review 79：We stayed in Villa 701 and the view was fantastic. We saw a lot of fishes swam by. Breakfast at the Lagoon Restaurant was quiet and peaceful.

Review 80：The location of the hotel is amazing, the staff are extremely friendly and kind. Azim and Mira are great! We got the FB meal and the food was ok nothing great because we are not big fans of indian style food, that is the local food over there. Our room was great, loved the outside shower! The main bar offers lots of different activity at night, live music, dj that we really enjoyed! We defo recommend the hotel!

Review 81：For the price of more than 600USD per night, we would expect excellent and extremely friendly front desk staff. However, treatment of front desk staff was extremely unfriendly und not supportive. It was actually the worst treatment we ever experienced. Additionnally, food offer on the island is rather average and not really fancy. Also here, we expected a bit more phantasy.

The hotel staffs are too mindful about Europeans and other nationals but Bangladeshi tourist get less preference.

Review 99：This was our dream holiday and we are so refreshed after this vacation. Haven't seen the other resorts in Maldives so obviously cannot compare with others, but we had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and always smiling, they looked so happy with their jobs which was showing on their face and they went an extra mile to make sure that we had a quality time at this resort. We had wonder first time diving experience as well, the trainers were professional and experiences and even though my wife dint know swimming she accompanied us 10 meters under water. Every evening at 630 PM they have a Reef Shark feeding session which again is a great experience, the sharks are very punctual and you could start sighting them from 6 PM onwards :) I will surely recommend this resorts to my family and friends and may be re-visit them after few year for another paradise experience.

Review 100：- during my availability there there are more worker work in this place, which effect our relaxation. The wifi is paid, but the place of availability is too limited to general place like Lobby, Restaurant, and the internet was too slow and disconnected more time, if it was free wifi it is normal, but while I should pay, it should be good speed and available in more location.

The only reason that made me book the Haven Villa was the Jacuzzi, was so excited about it, and again got SOOO DISAPPOINTED cuz it was not washed, it was full of dirt and green yuckie slippery stuff, our breakfast was from the lagoon restaurant, nothing WOW or special!! Noodels, rice and masala gravies for breakfast !!??
