Review 5：The staff in this hotel is close to non- existent. Front desk has oneyoung woman and dining room has 1waiter, who doubles as a bell hop. Theplace is dirty, the breakfast food is not good and not refilled, so ifyou come later there is nothing left. Our room did not get cleaned, andwhen I called and asked for clean towels, the front desk said thatshe's alone, but will try to bring me some, then she brought 2smalltowels. I was entertaining guests in the dining room and we were askedto leave, because the waiter has been there all day and needed to gohome. There was no food or drinks after hours. I've stayed at thishotel 2 times in the past, but will not ever be returning. There areother better places in Trutnov.
Review 6：There was a facade renovation going on. All the windows and the balcony were blocked. Fortunately it wasn't quite warm at that time. The gym (extra fee) wasn't that comprehensive. The restaurant was quite smoky during the dinner time.
