Review 1：When it's warm you have to keep the (only) window open and in that case sleeping is almost impossible with noisy neighbours.

Review 3：I requested for single bed, and they gave me a family room with 4 beds and a couch. Well spacious is okay but few lamps were missing covers and bathroom door didn't really open properly.

Review 5：a special commendation from us to Mr. Mehmet Ali, at the Reception area, is of utmost importance! He is a rare species in today's zoo called "Hospitality Industry"! As a former executive manager with Hyatt Hotels, I have certainly experienced my share of such employees world wide!

Review 7：Happy to return to this hotel which suits our visits further along the road. It is easy to get to and from the motorway. The parking is free, the rooms are large and clean, the beds very comfy, the breakfast plentiful and the staff are a pleasure.

Review 56：This was a return visit for us as it is half way to our customary destination. It is easy to get off and back onto the motorway. Despite being on a busy road there was little traffic noise. The staff were as efficient and friendly as before. Room was big and clean. One bedside light was off and this was dealt with immediately . Bed was the best on our trip. No tea or coffee in the room but "on tap" in the reception room / lobby so quite happy with that. Breakfast had lots of variety. Still more than happy to return to this particular hotel.

Review 57：There were no real curtains in the room so the light from the street came into the room and disturbed the children's sleep. The bathroom window didn't have any curtain at all; We had to keep the bathroom door open to obscure the view in through the window from the street. Otherwise people outside would simply be able to see you taking a shower or sitting on the toilet.

Review 58：The colour of the hotel was cool, the location is good for walking in to the town and the room was large, with really comfortable beds and enough space for the kids to run around. I really enjoy the German breakfast, but the Mediterranean breakfast here was absolutely delicious and made a real change. I would go back again just to eat this breakfast!

Review 60：The hotel is very near the Aschaffenburg Hochschule uas campus where Iwas studying. However, it is a bit far to walk from city center if youare carrying a lot of bags or luggage. There is a bus from the Hbhfwhich goes very near the hotel. There is a supermarket/groceryacross the street. The staff was very friendly and generallyaccommodating. Free wireless internet service. Decent breakfastselection.

Review 61：The only cereal was corn flakes. The hotel was a long walk into town. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in. There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser. We were told the hotel was no longer filling up the shower dispensers because new ones were being installed, but there were no bars of soap or small dispensers for the interim. When reception was called, a small dispenser was provided, but having to get to the phone after getting soaked in the shower was annoying. The tv offered 1400 Sky channels, but operating the remote was very challenging. We needed special instructions to operate the tv. The beds were too soft. If we had not closed the rolladens during the day, the room would have been very hot in the evening. The doors opened onto a roof so the room was not secure when the windows were fully open.

Review 62：The room was large, and the breakfast had surprising options: caprese salad (tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella) and an eggplant-zucchini-pepper stirfry. There were three styles of eggs and a good selection of bread.The staff provided missing items when they were requested. There was adequate parking.

Review 66：The exterior of the hotel is one of the ugliest I've seen. The architecture is awful and the colour unspeakable. But you can't miss it, I suppose. A kettle and tea/coffee in the room would have been nice.

Review 67：The interior of the hotel - at least my room - was minimal but attractive and very comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom clean, new and to a good standard, big enough and very light. The breakfast was delicious, especially in Germany where breakfasts are often very basic. Roasted vegetables and the best scrambled eggs I've had in a hotel anywhere. Sweet staff, possibly family - helpful, courteous and friendly. I was driving across Europe so no reason to come back to that town in particular, but if I do, I'd stay there again. Happy to recommend it.

Review 70：Floor heating was set much too high, it was about 25 Celcius in our room, and no possibility to open a window for cooling during the night as there were shutters in front of the window. This probably depends on how the person in front of you did set the thermostat. I do think that floorheating is not the right heating for hotelrooms, especially if it is difficult to cool by opening a window.
