Review 1：We were in the annex, which was across the street and in the basement of a parking garage which was a bit weird. No ammenities in the room like a mini-bar, fridge, or kettle for making my own coffee in the morning before breakfast opened at 7:30am. I thought the rooms were quite pricey for being in the basement of a parking garage.

Review 2：Very friendly and English speaking staff. Ski room on site and a short walk or one stop bus ride (free with hotel stay) away from the gondola station. There was a Coop and Denner store just a block away for easy access to a grocery store. Free parking which was very convenient.

Review 5：Guesthouse felt like a basement separated from the main building. The shower stall was a box with slow flowing water. The room felt old and tired.

Review 11：The lady from reception could have been a little more attentive to welcoming us. We had asked if any ski passes were available from previous customers so we don't have to queue and she was not helpful at all (we did the same in other hotels in Flims and that was possible).

Review 40：It is inunderstandable why the doors of toilet in the room are made from glass. It is to intimate see the people doing toilet... More, in front of toilet there is a mirror, so you can see from anywhere the person in the toilet... Personally, I needed to go to public WC of hotel... Strange intimacy comprehension....

Review 42：My room was too noisy: from outside the hotel is located in the main road so cars passing by all day/night; from inside the hotel allows guests to do their celebrations in the living room which is exactly where to door of my room was... too noisy until midnight! Plus, the sauna/steam installations are old and not well maintained

Review 50：It is a simple hotel, great location within walking distance of anythingin Flims. No frills, great for a stop over. Clean. Nice comfortablefluffy comforters. Not much in the way of service, but they neverclaimed to be. For switzerland, their price is a value. They do offerdeeply discounted tickets for the bergbahn. Inexplicably....theirrestaurant is phenomenal. It is way, way above the level of the hotel.So it's worth it just to stay in the hotel to enjoy some of the lovelywines on the list at the restaurant and no worry about driving up sometwisty mountain road on the way back to a more posh hotel.
