Review 1：Staff seemed not trained; waiter was completely overwhelmed by simple request of splitting the bill and receptionist was not happy when I asked if she could call a cab for me. Weird.

Review 4：Our stay was just great! The sauna, swimming pool and fitness area helped to relax and enjoy our time in the hotel, even without going anywhere. It's pretty easy to get to the hotel, as there is a bus stop nearby. At the moment there were some works in the streets, so some bus stops were temporarily removed; anyway, the closest one were just 10 minutes walking. The university was very closeby, as well as the Kemnader See, after a nice walk, which is really enjoyble in the summer! The staff was very kind and willing to help and solve any issues arising (a couple of times the wi-fi became very slow). We also had dinner there one night, which was good and tasty.

Review 7：The staff at the reception desk was marvellous. We had an accident with hospital stay and the staff went out of their way to help us in any regard. Wonderful people.
Review 8：The hotel management has restriced the services available on the Internet connection, making for example Skype unaccessible. Be carefull, this limitation is not explained on the booking pages. So, you are trapped in a nice somehow remote location with extremely reduced Internet accesses.

Review 18：The location. Quite a distance from the nearest rail station. Very dark in the surrounding area at night as well (although that's hardly the hotel's fault!). You'd probably need a car if staying there for a while.

Review 53：The hotel was the one nearest to where we wanted to visit but a car was necessary; the b and b price was very good and the breakfast itself was plentiful. It looked like the hotel only offered a bar type menu in the evening but there was an excellent restaurant almost next door that we wanted to eat in. The hotel staff were great, the room clean and compact, nothing to complain about at all. What few things we asked for, we received almost immediately.
Review 54：Although room was non smoking it had a really bad cigarette smoke smell. Restaurant has very limited menu of 3 main dishes and 3-4 soups. Internet connection barely working, took ages simply to connect to wifi.
