Review 1：Strange room layout - big room but small "kitchen" area. Couldn't sit in front of fire. Strange bathroom layout - shower door opening hid towel rail.

Review 9：We asked for a room on the back to be away from the highway which is very close by but the patio door - the only way to get fresh air - could not be locked; and the screen would not close tight. With other people having access to the back balconies, it was not very secure. Otherwise, we would have to use the AC which was very noisy. There was a coffee machine but no cups. I tried 3 times to make coffee and finally got two tablespoonfulls only.
Review 10：The room was pretty. King bed with canopy and fireplace. The location is right smack at the entrance of the village. The bed was very confortable.
Review 11：No exercise room or restaurant in hotel. No pool or activities in hotel. Difficulty relaxing in room due to earlier reviews being charged additional fees for damages they felt were not justified. Our room had several damages before we entered and was concerned we would be charged.

Review 21：The hotel policies should have been better outlined while booking. Once at the hotel, the policy depended on which staff member we spoke to. We went to celebrate my birthday, and instead, it was a disaster.

Review 23：Although the kitchen was a full functioning kitchen, it lacked some dinnerware and pots and pans so I suggest to bring your own special needs cookware. Included in the room was a Keurig coffee machine which was nice but with a refrigerator in the room why would they not supply milk? I had to go buy my own milk for coffee. Also for the size of the room I found the TV a little too small and a 40'' would have been more convenient with a USB input so I could watch my own movies and not be stuck with basic cable in which I could not watch a Habs hockey game or listen to any music (no radio). That was quite disappointing (so bring your laptop with a HDMI cable. WiFi was very weak and there was no LAN internet as they advertise.
Review 24：I liked that the suite had a condo feel with it's full kitchen, spacious bathroom and hardwood floors and ceramic. Excellent for those who are not interested in eating out everyday and prefer cooking a delicious romantic meal on their own. The bedroom was a little small but comfortable. It was very quiet. We could not hear the neighbors at all. The view of the mountain was nice with the little terrace to have my Keurig coffee in the morning. The fireplace set a nice feeling to the room making it even more cozy to cuddle up with your loved one. Also the location was only a 5-10 min walk to the outlets malls, if you wanted to do a little shopping.

Review 26：No local feature for such a high end hotel. There should be a concierge to help find local attractions. The hotel was way to far from the event I was attending. Am use to traveling on a beer budget, nota champagne one. I found for the service you receive and the location was way over priced. I was expecting a more mont tremblant like service and area. Several of the things I would have like to do was not provided at your hotel nor was anyone able to help find these things.

Review 94：WOW! is what comes to my mind. I felt at home. It is not just an ordinary bedroom. The decoration and comfort are great. For those who stay and do their own cooking, you have everything you need. Imagine the view at night: the village all lit in front of you, not to mention the ski slopes illumination. Comfortable bed and personnel at par with the rest. Did not feel like leaving the place!
Review 95：I and my family loved the hotel, but I suggest more attention at the check-in because there are two separated buildings and for who don't knowand don't speak English nor French fluently it became confuse.

Air conditioning is also not available from 1 October to June 1.A security deposit of CAD 50 is required upon arrival for incidental charges.
