Review 1：Could not use resturaunt due to being full. Thought advice to book should have been given when we checked in.

Review 2：Very clean and restful place to stay. wonderful location. Best breakfast ever.

Review 3：The reception area is on the ground floor which was slightly deceptive upon arrival. Signs to the reception area seemed to be somewhat hidden, maybe due to the Christmas decorations.

Review 4：The hotel was ideally situated in the park area right on the river Ahr with friendly and efficient hotel staff. Our room was fairly large and had a fast free internet connection although the bathroom was slightly on the small side. There was an excellent buffet breakfast which seemed to be continuously replenished.

Review 5：Parking is a confusion. Layout of property is very strange. No direction signs and no general maps with a "you are here" feature. No offer to assist with bags!

No way to open the windows because of noise outside. - Wifi is expensive and extra ! - Service in the restaurant is very slow if you don't take the buffet.
