Review 1：This hotel is in major need of maintenance and a remodel. The elevators are tiny and smell bad like old seafood and the common area stairways, hallways, floors and walls all look very dirty and worn and all glass doors had finger prints all over them. The computer area had very outdated furniture and computers and the hotel had some spotty wifi. We were given a triple room that was in very poor condition which included a giant brown rust stain in the bathtub, dirty walls, cigaratte holes in the bed comforter and baseboards hanging off the walls. We immediately called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. They moved us to the next door room which was in better condition but still had a few maintenance issues such some dirty walls, shower doors that did not slide or close properly and some weird smelling towels. I doubt I will stay here the next time I'm visiting family in Santa Fe. Too bad considering this hotel has a very convenient location. The outdated features would not be a big deal if the hotel were at least properly maintained.

Review 3：Little far from the nightlife (restaurants & bars) and breakfast very simple, just coffee and the standard Argentinian medialunas. Could use some refurbishment, but nothing broken or inconvenient.
Review 4：Good location, 1 block from St. Martin (main shopping street) & walking distance to Harbour with Casino, Cinema, etc. Free parking!
