Review 1：No thick curtains, so sleeping might be an issue for people who donät like the klight.
Review 2：The location is quite good, right next to a park and just a few minutes away from the castle. The place is clean and has everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The people are nice and the venue is very pet-friendly.
Review 3：automatic on/off lights in hallway did not work making opening a door with key a challenge. No lift, room on 3rd floor had to carry heavy bag.

Review 5：Even with an ~7pm check-in, I found old, open cookies in the cabinent and an open drink in the fridge. This caused me to question the overall attention to cleanliness of the room. Bathroom and bed were clean, though, which is my priority. Also, watch your step...several steep stairs and dark hallways to get to my room.
Review 6：Location was less than 5 minutes walking distance from the pedestrian zone and shopping area. Simple kitchen with sink, dishes, hotplate, coffee maker, and small fridge are useful to save some money on eating during travel. For travelers with basic needs, is was satisfactory for a private place to sleep, shower, and watch TV.

Review 14：I recommend paying for reserved parking. We got a parking ticket on the side street. :( The shower is a little small-- luckily we fit okay. Anyone XXL would have difficulty. Coffee pot is there but no coffee!
Review 15：I liked the location for where we needed to be. Restaurants, bakery and sites were within walking distance. The room was a good size for two. We would stay again when back in Aschaffenburg!

I have stayed here two times beforeand now is being priced too high for the lack of amentities...noelevator, entry needed attention as did the refrigerator in the room.There was a stove but no utensils and no pans. The refrigerator had aterrible odor. Anyway, besides the good location to old town Hofgartendoes not have any appeal for me. The manager, Jordan, was very pleasantand accommodating.
