Review 1：payment in cash only small attic windows that make the room a bit dark
Review 2：A lovely place located in the old town, just next to the castle and the market place. The building has an astounishing inner court that you do not expect and a very nice and friendly owner. The rooms and baths are clean. There is a small but well equipped kitchen and the grocery shop is just in front of the pension so you can easily prepare breakfast with fresh bread. You an park just next to the pension and thanks to the special badge you get at the recepion you do not pay a parking fee.
Review 3：The hotel is beautifully located in an old house in the middle of the old town. Free car park right in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good, inexpensive breakfast. A very positive experience.

Review 6：It was the worst experience ever. Hotel refused to give the room even though we have booked it 6 month ago. Offered to go to the other guest house for the same price and worse conditions. When we complained and asked for discount they said it was not their problem and kicked us out.

Review 13：Great location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We were two couple, and had to book two rooms, a big and a small one for the lack of the medium ones at the time of booking. When we arrived we were offered two medium rooms just as we wished, and with a discount.
Review 14：It was difficult to find the first time. Though many pensions are signposted around the town the Rufolfinum is not and there is no big sign on the building. A good map and directions would certainly help
Review 15：The building is very old and atmospheric with a beautiful internal courtyard near the central square and the castle, and close to restaurants and shops. There is an interesting art gallery below the rooms and a good cafe which is open all day long. It was nice and quiet at night. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Review 22：We got a very small room in the attic and when we arrived there it was really very very hot there (in January). We turned off the heating, but there were still 2 large tubes going through the room, that were very hot and heated the room very much. To cool down the room, we had to sleep with an open window, which was just above our bed. But because of the open window and the heat in the room, our children became ill :(

Review 24：After exhausting driving through Autria in the snowstorm we had problems to find a property. The host came to us with his private car and lead as through the city at 11:30 pm! He also offered his breakfast buffet with no extra charge, and let us to keep parking permission till late afternoon. Děkuju mnohokrát, Ivo! Beautiful old building, simple but comfortable rooms, excellent wifi!

It reflects well on the owner. The second time we stayed in a beautiful and well-equipped apartment. The host was very nice, great conditions, object worthy of recommendation.

Review 51：The proprietor of this hotel really went above and beyond. We biked in, and made the mistake of trying to bike on dirt roads in the vineyards on a rainy day. We, our luggage, and our bikes were muddy beyond description upon arriving. I felt terrible about it but didn't know what to do. He set up a hose for us to rinse our bikes, and plastic sheets in the entryway to our apartment for our muddy wet panniers, and also an extra space heater for drying our clothes. The room was wonderful, huge and very well decorated with tasteful and appreciated comforts, like free tea. It seemed each room had a private deck overlooking a charming little courtyard. Wish we could have stayed for a few days. Highly recommended.

Review 54：Great confusion about the room price & room type prior my arrival. After arrival I have received another info than lastly agreed but it was solved very quickly. Understand security reasons but a bit unpleasant is a need 3x times to (un)lock various doors to get to/from the room. Lack of parking in the front of the residence (however parking available about 180metres from the building).

Review 56：I liked this place very much. The owners were very kind and took proper care of myself although I came very late at night. It is clean all over the place and there is a kitchen with tee/coffee for general use. The internet connection works well and the owners provide you with a parking ticket. The building is part of the historical old town and is very nice in itself. Full recommendation.
