Review 1：It's a very old and tired looking hotel in desperate need of a facelift. My room had yellow cigarette smoke stains which looked like they'd been there for years! The weather was miserable outside which made the inside of my room look even more depressing. TV did not have good reception and I had to bang the door closed every time in order for it to close properly. Breakfast was very poor and the worst coffee I've ever had! Overall disappointing and not worth the expensive cost for one night's accommodation.
Review 2：Peppino's restaurant was very good, the salad buffet especially. Great service and the staff were very friendly. Convenient location to take part in the 1st August village festivities. Very impressed that the parade took place regardless of the bad weather.

Review 4：Very friendly staff, very close to the slopes and nice spa/pool area. Dinner cost 25 extra CHF, which was a good value as it was a salad buffet, a soup, a main dish, the drink and a delicious dessert The views were also amazing (booked a north facing room)

Additional pillows to help reading in bed would be welcome; long vertical wall handle for bath needed for safety exit for older people. Wider range fresh fruit at b'fast needed.
