Reviews for Cyprus Villages Traditional Houses

Review 1:At srart i did not understand that we will be staying in Kalavasos. Maybe the web site was not clear about the difference betwen the m main site in Tochni and other villages they have rooms and units in. As for wth Wifi it was not strong enough to support two rooms in the unit.

Review 2:Kalavasos village is about 30 min from Larnaca. A very nice village with a shop, resturants and caffes. the place were we stayed was well decorated and .comfortable

Review 3:Not very clean. Need some improvement in terms of utilities. TV was not functioning well. Lights were old and very low in the bedrooms but someone might like that. Wifi signal very low. The lobby/check in area could also be more tidy.

Review 4:Nice location and overall setup. Apartments Keep the traditional character of the village and decorated nicely. Very nice food and setup in the tavern

Review 5:Long walk down hill and then up another hill to the pool/ office and dinning room(driving is possible too) No wifi in room.

Review 6:Authentic and nice location.

Review 7:We have just got back having spent 2 weeks here. The staff were really friendly and anything we needed they obliged. Their restaurant was great, they had a large variety of foods to choose from. The area was central so we could go anywhere on the island and it was not too far to travel.

Review 8:wifi not good in the room only in the main lounge, no satelite tv, no soap in the bathroom and no water in the fridge!

Review 9:the village views, and the dinnee was good

Review 10:Room very tired Hair in shower Shower curtain too short for shower Cockerels waking us at 4am No wifi in room Pool tiles need a good clean No option to remove mozzy net

Review 11:Location - very pretty village Buildings - nice from outside Bed - soft mattress topper

Review 12:Our flat at the edge of one particular group of apartments had patchy cellular wifi access, the laptop was better. Though not a criticism as such many of the apartments and the paths from them to the pool and restaurant are up and down many flights of stairs. This was fun and attractive for us but if you have trouble walking or fitness issues it may be problematic.

Review 13:Stunningly attractive village in great location. Excellent access to the main road for day trips to cities or further locations, the mountains or the beach. Return from a day out to a refreshing dip in the pool. Hill side location of many of the apartments gave a wonderful breeze even on the hottest days that you don't need the air-con. Apartments clean and tastefully furnished. Village shop and supermarket not far. Three restaurants in the village all great. A mix of guests; young and older couples, young families, but as we were all spread out you never felt on top of each other. Our oldest son (13) was probably at the limit as apart from the pool not much else for teens, wifi access reasonable in most places so this kept him happy.

Review 14:Pretty location in a quiet village, rustic quality of accommodatIon, helpful staff, plenty of activities available nearby, good food.

Review 15:cute rooms in a quaint picturesque village

Review 16:Very dirty room, gossamer everywhere, hair on bed, chairs and bathroom... disgusting!!! Poor breakfast and cats everywhere.

Review 17:Good location..

Review 18:breakfast was terrible air con was an additional 3 Euro per day payable on arrival.

Review 19:Swimming pool apartment with balcony nearby restaurants clean
