Review 1：Excellent value. Request a room on the 2nd floor or higher so windows can be opened safely in hot weather as there was no air conditioning in our room. Great breakfast at no charge. Thanks Geotel!

Review 2：There was no heat and no AC. It was an oven in our room. The bed was very soft and mattress seemed old, and the room has only the (old) bare basics. Also, there was a welcome drink supposedly, but they would t even give us soda - and we had to argue to get water! I expected more at this price point.

Review 5：we had a very clean 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroomsand this was perfect for my family.The reception was very friendly and speakes english. It is not far a way from some restaurants in the city, by walking about 10 minutes. You have a secured parking place.

Review 6：The facilities weren't quite what I expected. It is not a hotel, but rather apartments. Didn't like the fact that I had to cook breakfast and the casino only had forzen meal. Food was lousy.

Review 9：The breakfast, which is already in the room upon arrival, is almost big enough for dinner as well. There's a big supermarket within walking distance to buy the rest.

Review 10：The global organization is somewhat strange. At check-in they thought we were only 1 person for 1 night, although the booking reservation clearly mentioned 2 for 2 nights... All in all it was not a problem since the hotel was not full. Furthermore, the breakfast is strangely organized. They come to your room between 7 and 10 PM to deliver everything for the next morning. Our Spanish was not good enough to understand this and explain we had a baby who was going to sleep early. And I guess if you do not open, then you get nothing...

Review 11：A very nice appt hotel, at a 10 min walk from the plaza de armas. The appts are modern and well equipped. We were there in winter and had a very silent heater, the best of all our stay in Chile!

Review 12：This is not an hotel..rooms are a sort of apartaments. There's not control..dogs from the street are inside the garden and are really aggressive. One evening we tried difficult enter at the front door because a group of dogs snarl to us..we spoke with the receptionist but she didn't care..They should manage this problem, is not so nice.

Review 13：-Flush water didn't work properly in one of our bathroom. -People at the front desk couldn't speak English. -Poor breakfast -We were sent to the farthest apartment and without anyone help with our luggage! -We reserved a transfer service from the hotel in advance and did emphasized that we had 4 big luggage, but turned out the hotel called a small cab for us and ended up we needed to call and pay for another cab in order to fit all the luggage in!

Review 14：the room was ok, people at the front desk in the morning shift were quite helpful.

Review 15：Staff were so slow to do anything. Checking in and checking out took about 30 minutes. Also we didn't have to pay the tax because we are not Chileans but was told we needed to pay in dollars for this to be the case. Very odd, as nowhere else in Chile was this necessary (we have been here for 4 months) so this was ver inconvenient. Also, they forgot to deliver breakfast the first day.
