Review 1：I believe it was featherpillows in the room and I have allergies to this. Had I known ahead of this detail on the website I would have brought my own. Also found the mattress a little weak/worn for adequate support.

Review 3：The sheets appeared not to have been cleaned; there appeared to be pubic hair, scalp hair, and flakes of dead skin on the bed sheets (we complained and manager said that the sheet fabric makes things stick to sheets, according to staff). He apologized twice and had given us clean sheets, which WE had to put on the bed ourselves. Room temp was very warm (told us that other customers complained it was too cold, and he did not lower the temp for us), so we had to keep window opened all night; thus heard every sound (people having sex, people coming from bars, speaking loudly, traffic); so we did not sleep well. No elevator.

Review 4：Reception was welcoming. Attractive reception area, stairway and hallway. Very good price. Decent room for the price. Close to stores and restaurants. You get what you pay for.

Review 5：Staying at the Ottawa Inn hotel was a great experience. We were looking for some central accommodation to explore Ottawa in our 2 day visit to the city. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly. the room was huge, clean and modern, parking lot was a plus. Location was perfect to visit the city. I would definitely recommend it for your stay.

Review 71：I arrived at night, the staff was extremely nice and friendly. I booked through booking.com, and apparently, I got a free upgrade to the deluxe room. The room was very spacious, clean, and neat. It was also newly renovated, so everything was new. The A/C worked well with limited noise. There is a normal size fridge and a microwave, everything was great. I really liked the internal decoration of the bathroom - very simple and clean. The bed was great, not too soft for my back problems. When I checked out, I left my iPad in the room and the cleaning lady kept it in safe hands before I went back to get it. Very nice. Went for a conference and will definitely go back there again - as is very cost-effective. Definitely worth the price.

And no shortage of adequate-sized towels. • Small fridge even when full kept things cold. • While not used the microwave was adequate in size, clean and not shop-worn.

Review 91：We did stay in this hotel for one night only but in my honest opinion it is one of the best hotels I have ever been from same price range. Staff is really friendly. Lobby is really specious and bright - looks like hotel was just renovated. Room wasn't to big but still really nice. Really comfortable bed - I wish mine was the same big flat tv on the wall , microwave and huge fridge. Really nice bathroom with big shower cabin. Everything was extremely clean. Hotel looks like brand new. There is big parking lot next to the hotel. Hotel is next to few restaurants, 3min walk from Tim hortons for morning coffee. I think it's best you can get for that cash. If we will ever stay in Ottawa again we will choose Ottawa in once again.

Review 108：We were traveling from Australia and we tried different motels and hotels in Canada during our journey. We found this motel clean and worth the spent money. The staffs were friendly and helpful and free parking was cherry on top!

Review 109：The staff attitude was very negative and defensive. Reality was very much different from the profile they had on Booking.com. The facility was lower than a motel standard. The room was smelling bad, the bed cover was dirty, the bath tub was made of bricks like a hole. The room was not safe, electrical wiring was exposed on the ground, fire alarm sensor wiring was also exposed from the ceiling. Every time I brought one of those issues to their attention, they made it clear that it was a favor from them to provide such a cheap rate on Booking.com (CD$ 69 + tax per night!). I also didn't feel safe in the neighborhood, some drunks were roaming around at night in the streets. I have all the photos of the room and provided all to Booking.com.

When we arrived we were welcomed by a pleasant receptionist who checked us in and gave us a few tips on getting around the city. We proceeded to our room to get settled. It was a lovely size and included all the amenities (fridge, tv, A/C, microwave). It was clean and comfortable and parking was great. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again in the future.
