Review 1：Very small niggle - Bathroom slightly cramped, given we had an upgraded room - no extractor fan?

Review 2：Vary warm welcome. Great pool, and lovely hotel, excellent food. The location was perfect, and we felt very pampered.

Review 3：Good location, close to Caumasee and liftcenter for the mountain. Very comfortable bed. Stuff was super friendly and helpful. Nice terasse outside, so much relaxing. Very good breakfast with lots of choice.

Review 4：The only two minor points were that a couple of the staff speak hardly any English so it was sometimes difficult to communicate at meal times when one of the waitresses didn't understand what we were saying (this was easily rectified though as other restaurant staff members spoke English). Also, the pillows on our bed were very thin and offered no back support so my husband and I both had backache on a couple of mornings, even after asking for a second pillow. Some thicker, higher pillows would make for a more comfortable night's sleep. Otherwise, full marks!

Review 5：This was our third time at the hotel and as usual the staff were very attentive, the food was excellent and despite the rain, we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel is very homely and peaceful and we were sad to go - our only regret was not having a chance to swim in Lake Cauma due to poor weather. We'll be back soon!

Review 17：Value for money is really bad. The room was 350 Swiss Francs which in my opinion is quite a rip-off for the size of the room and the facilities in general. The wellness are doesn't feature any hot baths which are quite common in wintery areas.
