Review 1：Not as clean as it could have been, staff didn't seem to understand, and weren't very friendly, also forgot to give me change at the bar

Review 3：One of the staff very frosty, but most very pleasant. Also senior member of staff (not usual reception) came out into reception and had a rant about something at another member of staff in front of us. The reception man apologised to us. Breakfast very busy and ran out of stuff. Self catering equipment very limited but at least you get a kettle.

Review 4：The room was nice and large with a balcony. IF YOU BOOK A ROOM FOR 3 AND ARE SLEEPING 3, YOU NEED TO PAY THE EXTRA BED CHARGE. Able to park large car with roof box on around the back of the hotel (not in main car park). Rooms clean. Got a gymn, with various equipment. You need to ask for a code for the free basic wifi for each device which lasts 24hrs.

Review 5：very clean and comfortable rooms and the staff very helpful and spoke english which helped us as nobody spoke German. The Mining Museum was fabulous and the Starlight Express show was awesome and well worth booking.

Review 6：The hotel lists air condition among its facilities, but there is no air condition in the rooms, only in the corridors! Whoever wants that in the corridors? Guests don't sleep or work there. We visited during the heat wave and it was so hot and stuffy in the room :(

Review 7：Very friendly staff, rooms impeccably clean and spacious. Location is not bad either, about 10-15 mins on foot from the train station, but there are frequent buses and trams going around that you can also use. The hotel is located about 5 mins away from a big shopping/dining area, so plenty of options for that too. Very good value for money.

Review 15：-The hotel smells like cigarette smoke everywhere, even in non smoking areas. -There should be a constant wifi connection that you don't have to renew everyday.(this might not be possible with the German providers) -At check out customers have to list verbally everything they have taken out of the fridge for "inventory purpose" that's embarassing! -and should be kept track of by the people stocking the fridge and passed on to the desk.

Staff was not overly friendly, but not rude either. -The fridge was always restocked which was handy. -Parking was practical in the parking garage. -The friendly restaurant staff went out of their way to offer food they thought the kids would enjoy, that was nice.

Review 22：I'd left my travel adaptor at home and they couldn't lend me one. I had to walk some distance in the rain to the Saturn shop to buy one - difficult to find in a huge shop and I didn't know what it was called in German. I think the hotel should keep a stock of these to sell or lend.

Review 76：We had a bad smell in the corridor from other hotel guests who cooked in their rooms. This was brought to managments attention but they said they could do nothing about it. It was not pleasant. It is noisy as it is situated on a busy road. Towels are well worn and not replaced unless expressly requested, even when placed in the shower.
