Review 1：When we got there sauna, and whirlpool were all booked, we asked for a slot the next day morning for sauna. Upon arrival, we were told that sauna is not ready, only whirlpool was prepared. At the restaurant, staff terribly slow, we did not get the food we ordered due to staff shortage. Huge disappointment.
