Review 7：this is my second time I stay in this hotel and it will be last time. no one cleaned the rooms for two days although my booking was two rooms and they kept it unclean. car Parking always full Bad staff reception especially the egyptian guy, he has bad behavior. I requested from booking early check in by 10:00 morning but they gave me the rooms by afternoon.

Review 9：I didn't think that the bathroom corresponded to the cost of the room. there was no bath just a shower without a curtain or anything that had been modified for disabled use. The main problem was that there was a separate switch for the hot water heater that was turned off and needed turning on in order to allow water to heat up... this would have been fine if we had known about it but we weren't informed so then we did not have hot water when we needed it. so don't assume that there will be hot water.

Review 11：room was not cleaned for two days until we asked them to do it. sauna and steam services are available from 8:00 in the morning to 8:00 in the evening but as business people we spend this time outside and prefer to have these services during night time while we get back we normally have shuttle to the airport by other hotels but this hotels charged us for transfer.

Review 23：One staff named Persan if i'm jot mistaken, he is rude and not very helpful.We stayed for 3 nights and he gave us one room with a door lock problem. I requested to change the room and it seems a bid deal for him to do his work and he was really rude at me. Good thing there was one staff at the reception who was helpful and did a god job. Thumbs down to that rude staff.

Review 24：reception staff was a bit unpleasant during the check-in and were a bit aggressive with my room mate preior to our check-out, and my room mate had a bad experience with the room service staffs which extended also with the reception desk staff (except one Algerian lady staff who cool the issue down)..

The staff of the tourist agency made a mistake with our Abu Dhabi tour and sent us with russian speaking guide. There was not a big choice of food. They didn`t have a free transfer to Mamzar Beach and city centre as stated in their booking.com ad.

Review 40：It was a nightmare! I regret going in that hotel. I had to argue with the Filipina staff(who was very impatient,very rude) in front desk while other staff just watching us. We had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby for our room to be ready. It was the worst experience. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Over all breakfast was not that good the variety which should be there for a 4 star hotel was not available so please change your menu. room service menu is very limited not much options for a four star hotel. toilet amenities were less and not provided for 2 pax.prior to checkin had told to remove minibar but it was removed after check in so what is the point to tell in advance.shower was broken -room no 307. ladies hair found on wash basin once we checked in. small dead cockroach behind flush bowl. but as we stayed for a few hours over night it did not bother us.

Review 48：room was comfortable, shisha setup was good. check in and check out was perfect and reception staff were very courteous.

Review 49：Do not stay here - it's awful.1. Rooms small2. Carpets smells3. Half the lights in the room were not working; requested several time for lamps to be changed, but we're not changed.4. On check-in minibar, snacks were "audited" and had to sign a declaration that the goods were in the room. Upon check out at 5:40am - had to be "audited" again. I advised that I had a packet of Lays Crisps and a Sprite and paid them on checkout as I couldn't wait - was running late (tell you why in the next point). At check in I had paid for the 1 night stay in cash; and gave them 10 AED for the crisps and drink. Got into the taxi - security took me out of the cab, as they could no let me go without the "audit". After 10minutes they claimed that half the minibar was missing... I disputed it, and the manager started using vulgar and profane language... I didn't have time to argue so left them a further 50 AED and ran to the taxi. As I was going to miss my flight.5. I asked for a wake up call at 05:00 as my flight was at 07:00 they called me at 05:30 - I was really upset. The reason they gave was that the guy at reception had fallen asleep.6. Running late; wanted breakfast was told not available as it is only from 07:00-10:00 - left hungry, even though I had paid for it.7. I hadn't used the bathroom facilities, arrived late evening and checked out early morning. A "pit-stop" between connecting flights. I was horrified when I went into the bathroom. Small, bath was dirty and half the tiles were broken. I turned a blind eye to it, just wanted a shower and leave the ghastly place. And then the magic happened: the shower did not work. Also, hot water did not work. Somehow managed to shave using the water from the wash basin, which was a dribble of cold water as the flow rate was next to nothing.8. This is a hotel nightmare which Gordon Ramsay should sort out ASAP.9. Didn't get a chance to use the pool.

During check-out, the front desk is charging with consumed items from the mini bar based on the housekeeping's report but when we said that we didn't consumed any and he continued arguing that we did so I went back to the room and found the supposedly consumed items still inside the mini bar unconsumed.

They are really professional, such as Ms. Gupta & Mr. Farouk.. They have a promising roof cafe with a swimming pool well served by Mohamed & Michael.

Review 106：This is the worse hotel in terms of service: 1) When i got there, they did not open the front parking, I have to go down on my car to let the reception to open the parking. 10 min passed nothing happen. I have to go down again in my car to talk to reception and they advice me to use the basement parking at the back. 2) Basement smells horrible like a dead rat. 3) It takes forever to check-in, they want the booking.com confirmation number, printing the receipt will take 5min. (ive been in many hotels and printing the receipt take second, its 1 click.) 4) We cannot enter the room, the swipe card is not working because the door lock is low battery. I have to go down 2x to reception to explain. 5) Worse customer service, staff didn't smile, they will take you for a foll like you've never been in a hotel. I will not book here again!

Review 107：Wifi did not work. Staff were unfriendly on check-in. Had booked an extra bed, which wasn't in the room. Staff at reception informed me that I would need to pay more to have an extra bed delivered.

Review 109：I particularly didn't like the handling of check in and check out. They have asked us to wait while both doing the check in and check out. Also, the first room that was given to us, AC was not working. The engineering team came to our room 3 times. And the last time, we have suggested for us to be shifted as we really cannot sleep because of the heat. I believe that the value for money is not at all fair.
