Review 1：Due to a break in the cablecar service, the hotel is unreachable in the evening before the last cablecar up. We made it up before the break, but just out of luck.

Review 2：Beautiful location on the mountain very close to Aletsch glacier. Great room and facilities (particularly the spa!) and very warm service.

Review 3：Not having read the fine prints we found out upon our arrival that you had to take the cable car to reach the hotel, and arriving after 6:00pm we missed the last of the "every 30mn" departure. We had to wait until the very last 9pm departure. We then had dinner in the town before taking the cable car up to the hotel. But the price of the cable car ride is not included in the price of the hotel stay.

Review 4：The staff was very welcoming, rooms were very nice, beds very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is unusual but the view is awesome, provided the weather cooperates.
