This property is not recommended for groups of young people.Please note that the security deposit is per apartment.Please note that parking is not free during the summer months.Special rates are available for long stays during July and August.Guests will be given a parking ticket at reception, which allows them to park for free in the area beside the apartments, subject to availability.Please note that there is no daily cleaning included.Apartments are cleaned before guests arrive and it is the guests´ responsibility to clean them during the stay.The establishment respects quietness from 22:00 to 09:00.Fresh bed linen and towels are provided after 7 days.Please note, the maximum capacity of each apartment cannot be exceeded with children or babies.
