Aguadulce Apartments are 250 metres from Aguadulce Beach in Roquetas de Mar. Set in gardens, they feature a sun terrace and children’s play area.
Spacious air-conditioned apartments have a balcony, some with sea views. The living room has a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom, dining area and washing machine. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Apartamentos Aguadulce offer underground parking nearby for an extra charge. There is easy access to the A7 Motorway and Almeria Airport is 30 km away.

预订须知

Guests are kindly requested to inform the apartments in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the apartments using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.Please note that the property does not have a reception. RealRent Aguadulce will contact guests prior to their arrival. Keys will be handed at the apartments.Sheets and towels are provided.Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 is required for reservations between 30 December, 2015 and 2 January, 2016. This deposit needs to be paid along with the second payment of the reservation. It will be refunded one week after check-out and subject to a damage inspection.Please note that extra beds can not be added to the apartments.Please note that baby cots are available for an additional cost of EUR 3 per day. RealRent Aguadulce will add this amount to the total when charging guests for their reservation.Parking places are available upon request and subject to availability.
