Guests are kindly requested to inform the property at least 2 days in advance of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box during booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Cleaning takes place once a week, and there is a change of towels twice a week. There is also a free laundry service.The damage deposit will be refunded after the state of the apartments has been checked.It is not permitted to take bicycles, prams, baby strollers, skates or surf boards into the apartments. These articles can be kept in a storage area outside the apartment.Please call the property in advance to reserve parking.Please note that the maximum capacity and the price of each apartment includes babies and children. More people (adults, children or babies) than stated in the maximum occupancy are not allowed.
